Change of IP Address

If the IP address for your website was changed (for example, to a dedicated IP address in order to activate SSL), you will see this page for up to 24 hours due to the DNS propagation for this domain. In this case, you will have to wait until the propagation is complete. If you switched to a dedicated IP (xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx), you can access the website via the IP address: http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx.

 

Domain is Parked

If you have set your domain up as a Parked Domain, then you will see this page show up for it. If you want to switch your domain from a Parked Domain to a Standard Domain (with hosting), then remove your domain from your hosting account, and add it back in as a standard domain.

 

WWW Alias has been Deleted

If yourdomain.com works, but www.yourdomain.com brings up this page, most likely the www alias for your domain was removed. Log into your hosting account and re-enable the www alias under Web Options. Once activated, click "Apply" next to "Changes need to be applied". Then, www.yourdomain.com should begin working within a couple hours.
